At Heritage, corporate retreats take place across 200 acres of quiet land in rural Georgia, rooted in historic Christian heritage and welcoming to organizations of all backgrounds. Your organization can reserve the entire property, which means exclusive use of every meeting room, all 30 private guest accommodations , the dining room and the grounds, with no other groups on site. That level of privacy is difficult to find in a resort or hotel conference center, and it is what makes Heritage a fit for board meetings, leadership retreats, strategic planning sessions and annual team offsites.
Heritage sleeps up to 72 guests across private and shared cottages. Smaller bookings, single meeting room reservations, and day meetings are available as well.

Choose from our curated one-bedroom collections:
- 12 Double Queen or Twin Rooms: Sleeps one to four guests, with either two queen beds or two XL twin beds
- 6 Studios: Sleeps up to two guests with one queen bed
- 10 Suites: Sleeps up to two guests, with two XL twin beds or one king bed
- 2 Signatures: Sleeps up to two guests with one queen bed
All accommodations include a private bathroom and are equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig machine, complete with regular and decaf pods and a selection of teas. Upscale linens and bath amenities are provided, ensuring your group can unwind and relax fully during your stay.
Group leaders and teams who book an overnight group retreat may reserve meeting spaces suited to their group size and event, whether for a corporate or leadership retreat, multi-day group gathering, or team-building group stay. Options include:
- Boardroom: 360 sq ft; accommodates up to 12 attendees
- Classroom: 580 sq ft; flexible setup for up to 36 attendees in theater-style or 24 in classroom-style
- Great Room: 2,790 sq ft; flexible setup; accommodates up to 120 attendees at round tables or 150 in theater-style
Guests can also enjoy a range of activities in common spaces, supporting relaxation, collaboration and quiet reflection:
- Library, Chapel for Mass/Adoration, Screened Porch with comfortable cushioned sofas and chairs and a built-in fireplace (accommodates 20 to 30 guests), and an open Courtyard with cafe-style seating and benches
- Pond House, Fishing Pond and Fire Pits: includes a fireplace, comfortable seating, three ready-to-use fire pits, and catch-and-release fishing with gear available
- Prayer Gardens and Walking Trails with outdoor seating areas for informal gatherings, ideal for reflection or appreciating nature

At the center of the property is Pine Lodge, a 7,500 square foot full-service retreat space built for groups.
Inside Pine Lodge your team will find:

Meeting Spaces, Technology and Setup
Every corporate retreat runs differently. Heritage has rooms that scale from a twelve-person board session to an all-company meeting of 150 in theater style, and meeting space is reserved and ready when you arrive. .
Technology and A/V
High-speed WiFi is available throughout Pine Lodge and its meeting spaces. Each meeting space is equipped with a smart TV for presentations and video calls with colleagues who could not attend.. Microphones and audio systems are available. Power access for laptops and other devices is available in the Boardroom, Library, Screened Porch, Great Room and Classroom.
Breakout and Informal Spaces
Beyond the formal meeting rooms, teams can also spread out into the Library, the Screened Porch with its built-in fireplace, which seats 20 to 30, and the open Courtyard with cafe-style seating. Outdoors, there is a Pond House, a catch and release fishing pond with gear provided, three ready-to-use fire pits, and walking trails through the prayer gardens.
