At the heart of Heritage is Pine Lodge, a 7,500 sq. ft. full-service space designed to host group retreat experiences to collaborate and reconnect. Indoors, you’ll find multiple meeting rooms, a spacious dining area, a cozy library, and an intimate chapel, with a screened porch for informal gatherings—flowing naturally into a lush garden courtyard, perfect for quiet reflection and stillness.
Beyond the lodge, groups can enjoy a stocked pond with a pond house, outdoor fire pits for evening connection, and inviting communal amenities, perfect for attendees to unwind, share stories and embrace a rhythm of relaxation.Take a break from a day’s worth of productive meetings, and enjoy comfort, community, and connection in a group retreat venue unlike any other.













Our group retreat accommodations are thoughtfully designed to enhance your retreat experience and provide comfort for all participants.
Choose from our curated one-bedroom collections:
- 12 Double Queen or Twin Rooms – Sleeps one to four guests, with either two queen beds or two XL twin beds
- 6 Studios – Sleeps up to two guests with one queen bed
- 10 Suites – Sleeps up to two guests, with two XL twin beds or one king bed
- 2 Signatures – Sleeps up to two guests with one queen bed
All rooms include a private bathroom and are equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig machine, complete with regular and decaf pods and a selection of teas. Fresh linens and bath amenities are provided, ensuring your group can unwind and relax fully during your stay.


Group leaders who book an overnight group retreat may reserve meeting spaces suited to their group size and event, whether for a corporate or leadership retreat, weekend group gathering, or team-building group stay. Options include:
- Boardroom — 360 sq ft; accommodates up to 12 attendees
- Classroom — 580 sq ft; flexible setup for up to 36 attendees in theater-style or 24 in classroom-style
- Great Room — 2,790 sq ft; flexible setup; accommodates up to 120 attendees at round tables or 150 in theater-style
Guests can also enjoy a range of activities in common spaces, supporting both relaxation, collaboration and quiet reflection:
- Library, Chapel for Mass/Adoration, Screened Porch with soft seating and built-in fireplace (accommodates 20–30 guests), and an open Courtyard with café-style seating and benches
- Pond House, Fishing Pond and Fire Pits — includes a fireplace, comfortable seating, three ready-to-use fire pits, and catch-and-release fishing with gear available
- Prayer Gardens and Walking Trails with outdoor seating areas for informal gatherings, ideal for reflection or appreciating the beauty of nature

Capacity options allow flexibility for large groups. Heritage can accommodate up to 30 guests in private rooms, up to 52 guests in individual beds with shared rooms, and up to 72 guests if sharing queen and king beds.
Wi-Fi is available in Pine Lodge, meeting spaces, the Pond House, Pavilion, Resurrection Meadow, and both Signature Suites. Other accommodations intentionally limit Wi-Fi access to encourage guests to disconnect and be fully present.
The result is a retreat experience that balances focus with reflection.
