A Space for Group Retreats: Gather and Grow, Together

Heritage serves as a sanctuary for connection, welcoming both intimate gatherings and small- to medium-sized groups for day sessions or overnight retreats.

At the heart of Heritage is Pine Lodge, a 7,500 sq. ft. full-service space designed to host group retreat experiences to collaborate and reconnect. Indoors, you’ll find multiple meeting rooms, a spacious dining area, a cozy library, and an intimate chapel, with a screened porch for informal gatherings—flowing naturally into a lush garden courtyard, perfect for quiet reflection and stillness.

Beyond the lodge, groups can enjoy a stocked pond with a pond house, outdoor fire pits for evening connection, and inviting communal amenities, perfect for attendees to unwind, share stories and embrace a rhythm of relaxation.Take a break from a day’s worth of productive meetings, and enjoy comfort, community, and connection in a group retreat venue unlike any other.

Optional touches may include a hot breakfast in the Great Room or a reception on the Back Porch.

Thoughtfully Designed Accommodations

A successful corporate retreat depends on rest as much as productivity. Heritage offers curated one or two bedroom accommodations designed to enhance comfort for every guest

Groups may choose from:

  • 12 Double Queen or Twin Rooms that sleep one to four guests, featuring either two queen beds or two XL twin beds
  • 6 Studios that sleep up to two guests with one queen bed
  • 10 Suites that sleep up to two guests with either two XL twin beds or one king bed
  • 2 Signature suites that sleep up to two guests with one queen bed

All rooms include a private bathroom, mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig machine with regular and decaf pods, and a selection of teas. Fresh linens and bath amenities are provided so guests can fully unwind during their stay.

Capacity options allow flexibility for large groups. Heritage can accommodate up to 30 guests in private rooms, up to 52 guests in individual beds with shared rooms, and up to 72 guests if sharing queen and king beds.

Wi-Fi is available in Pine Lodge, meeting spaces, the Pond House, Pavilion, Resurrection Meadow, and both Signature Suites. Other accommodations intentionally limit Wi-Fi access to encourage guests to disconnect and be fully present.

The result is a retreat experience that balances focus with reflection.

Hospitality That Covers Every Detail

Corporate retreats should feel smooth from arrival to departure. Heritage retreat packages include accommodations, meals, and meeting spaces so your team can focus on collaboration instead of logistics

Overnight group rates include:

  • Full-service meeting space setup and breakdown
  • All meals from arrival through departure
  • Dedicated staff support at every stage of your retreat
  • Continental-style breakfast delivered to your cottage prior to arrival
  • Buffet-style lunch and dinner served daily in Pine Lodge

Coffee, tea, and light refreshments are also available during sessions as an optional add-on.

Heritage’s culinary team creates seasonal buffet menus that accommodate diverse dietary needs. Dietary restrictions are collected in advance, so meals support your entire group. As part of the retreat experience, Heritage serves as the sole provider of food and beverage for guests, and meals are provided in the designated dining areas within Pine Lodge.

For company retreats seeking something more tailored, the Executive Chef can collaborate with your team leader to create custom experiences, including hot breakfasts in the Great Room or receptions on the Screened Porch. When every detail is thoughtfully handled, your leadership team can stay focused on vision, alignment, and team building.

Exclusive Property Access for Private Retreats

Some organizations prefer complete privacy for their next retreat. Heritage offers a whole property buyout option for groups seeking exclusive access.

This option includes:

  • Exclusive access to all overnight accommodations and retreat grounds
  • All meeting spaces reserved solely for your group
  • Customized food and beverage offerings
  • Flexible dining times and locations

For executive teams, board retreats, and mission-driven organizations, this level of privacy creates the ideal environment for creative problem-solving and strategic planning.

5 Star in all areas, especially hospitality. The staff is incredible and the grounds are peaceful and prayerful means to walk a little closer with God. When you leave you're already thinking, when can I get back..
