A program for Catholic young adults, ages 21–26, seeking to live a year of deep faith, service, and purpose.
Live in a community on a 200-acre sacred site in rural Georgia. Serve guests with radical hospitality. Grow through faith formation opportunities and real-world experience in ministry, marketing, non-profit work, ground operations, and Catholic heritage preservation.

What Sets Us Apart

No Self-Fundraising
You do not have to fundraise your own salary. Housing, most meals, and a weekly stipend are fully covered by generous donors.

Ambassadors live on-site in newly built housing on Heritage’s rural 200-acre Catholic property—complete with walking trails, sacred spaces, a historic church, guest cottages, and event facilities.

What is the MSA Program?
The MSA program is a twelve-month missionary-internship that includes an immersive experience living, serving, praying, and growing in community with other MSAs and the Heritage staff. MSAs serve the guests at Heritage through our core values of Radical Hospitality, Marian Devotion, Thoughtful Stewardship and Inspired Craftsmanship. It is a unique blend of professional development and spiritual formation while living in an intentional faith-based community.
Is housing included?
Yes, there are two MSA houses on the grounds where the MSAs live in community.
Do MSAs receive a stipend?
Yes, MSAs receive a stipend to help cover food and other living expenses.
Is food provided?
Some meals are provided but the MSA housing includes a full kitchen to prepare personal meals.
What is the timeline of service?
The service timeline runs along the school year cycle beginning on September 1 through August 30 the following year.
Will I need a car?
Yes, you will need your car for personal errands such as grocery shopping.
How many MSAs are recruited each year?
We recruit 2-3 men and 2-3 women each year.
