SoulCore Weekday Retreat

with Shauna Occhipinti, Sue Soha, and Catherine Fuss

"With the Rosary, the Christian people sits at the school of Mary and is led to contemplate the beauty on the face of Christ and to experience the depths of his love" - Pope St. John Paul II

This SoulCore Retreat will offer you a chance to come away from the noise of the world and quiet your soul as you spend time in the School of Mary. SoulCore intentionally engages the whole person in the sacred experience of the rosary. Integrating the prayers of the rosary with core strengthening, stretching and functional movements, SoulCore nourishes body & soul and encourages deeper reflection on the virtues. SoulCore is a gentle path to cultivate interior peace.

The SoulCore Retreat will take place at the Retreat at Heritage - the first Catholic settlement in Georgia - a place of prayer and pilgrimage. Come immerse yourself in four SoulCore sessions among the beautiful prayer gardens. There will also be time for private prayer, communal fellowship as well as rest.

This program is open to guests age 18 and older.

5 Stars in all areas, especially hospitality. The staff is incredible and the grounds are peaceful and prayerful means to walk a little closer with God. When you leave you’re already thinking, when can I get back...
